The location of the hotel, in the Bur Dubai area, is convenient. There are nearby restaurants where you can enjoy meals. the rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms are spacious. the staff provides friendly service and is always ready to assist with any requests. the hotel also offers room service and a fully equipped kitchen for convenience. Some rooms even have balconies with nice views. the furniture and curtains in the rooms are in good condition. the facilities and room advantages make for a pleasant stay.

The hotel could use some upgrades and maintenance to improve its overall appearance and condition.

Dubai Festival City neighborhood definitely deserves your time and attention. We greatly enjoyed our stay in high end hotel. The property was placed just 1 mile from Dubai Museum. WiFi was available in public areas.

Stayed here during the New Year. One of the best things about this hotel is that it offers self-catering rooms, which means you can cook your own meals. the rooftop pool and the views from up there are amazing, especially during the New Year fireworks. the staff is really helpful and the location is perfect, just a short taxi ride away from the city center. There are also a lot of nearby shops for any necessities.

The building is a bit old and could use some renovations. the surroundings are quite noisy, with a mosque close by that uses loudspeakers for every prayer.

The location is great- map needs updating though. The room was comfortable and clean

There was a very noisy party upstairs till 2am Friday night. The kitchen had items that did not work properly

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were incredibly spacious, and the air conditioning was perfect. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and everything was in excellent condition, including the washing machine and microwave. The pool, although small, was a hidden gem as no one else seemed to use it, so I had it all to myself. The location in the Bur Dubai area was ideal, as there were plenty of nearby restaurants to choose from.

Not obvious to find.

Really it is a Royal Home feeling, thanks. We'll stay here during our future visit to Dubai.

Restaurant is missing,

it's excellent place to stay with family. location is good with calm surroundings and biggest advantage is availability of parking space. we were given 2 bedroom apartment, inspite of booking studio apartment. we were surprised. hotel staff are good and polite. rooms are clean and excellent.

This hotal is excellent and I recommend for every one to stay in thia hotel.

If a Restuarant is there, it would have been still more excellent. Anyway very good Indian Kamat hotel is near by. Medical centre is also very near by.

my stay was pleasant there, staffs were nice and the studio room which they provided was excellent

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with nice furniture and curtains that could be opened with a string. The staff at the reception were friendly and welcoming. The hotel was conveniently located near a hospital, which was handy in case of emergencies.

The balcony lock in the sitting room was jammed, and I couldn't open it. The view from the room balcony was nice, but I couldn't fully enjoy it.

1- the number and the collection of tv channels. and it was taking long time to provide you any service and some times you have to ask them more than one time.
